John Jorgenson is driven to share Cambium Learning's brand with the world. His vision for Cambium is guided by his desire, not just to advance education, but to help his colleagues do the best work of their careers.
A graduate of Purdue University, John began his 25-year career working up the product development ranks at Cengage Gale, eventually doing creative work and strategic marketing for K-12 imprints. After working as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Boston-based Earthwatch Institute, the world's largest nonprofit focused on volunteer-based scientific research, he joined Cambium Learning. During his first seven years at Cambium, John served as SVP of Marketing for two of its divisions and helped grow Learning A-Z to become its largest division. In addition, John served as CMO at Carnegie Learning, launching the LONG + LIVE + MATH™ brand and expanding the product and services portfolios beyond mathematics into computer science, world languages, and ELA. He also works closely with Cambium’s executive team to provide ongoing creative and strategic support.Linkedin
